I had a severe eye issue and was referred to Dr. Deep Parikh by Dr. Lawrence Jindra of Floral Park, NY. Dr. Parikh has a fantastic medical staff, easy parking in a garage (at no cost to you), and an easy walk into the building of his practice. Every visit, Dr. Parikh always communicates well, explains everything he needs to do to correct the difficult issues to be addressed, and always with a soft voice, a smile and a plan for the patients future, my future of sight. He is a doctor with a fantastic trained eye and hand (thank goodness). He is obviously very passionate about his work, and cares deeply for the excellent care of his patients. As someone who struggles with anterior uveitis, I’m so glad I found Dr. Parikh. He is great at taking the time to explain to me what’s going on with my eye and what he is prescribing me to heal it. All of the staff in his office are so kind and helpful, and the receptionists are incredibly welcoming. I have been referred by my PCP. Didn’t know Dr. Parikh and I was amazed by the team and how he was leading his team. There was a new trainee and when he was doing the exam I saw him explaining all the details to the new trainee with all the other employees that were working with her. He also explain to me what was going on in my eyes. He has the latest technology used and I even sent my partner to be his patient. If you are looking for a great ophthalmologist, I recommend him without a doubt ! You get the human connection, clean, , latest tech, knowledge… Not to mention he is a Harvard grad, this explains that. I knew that afterwards, all this to say your eyes will thank you!

I saw Dr. Deep Parikh after struggling for six months to recover from cataract surgery that was performed by a very large vision practice and was encouraged by his professionalism. He was knowledgeable, informative and sensitive. Dr. Parikh took his time to explain my condition and laid out in detail how he would approach the treatment with his very calming bedside manner. On the very first visit I felt confident about my recovery. I am now totally recovered after only three visits. I would definitely recommend Dr. Deep Parikh.
