Dr. Fourtner has been treating my 2 boys for the past 3 years. They have a rare strain of Addison's disease, and she has gone above and beyond working with doctors in Baltimore to guide her in treating their rare condition. She has incredible bed side manner, and my boys love her! She is kind, compassionate, and VERY caring! I have NEVER had a doctor personally call me often to check on my boys and give me their testing and lab results. She is nothing short of amazing, a true answer to prayer! She has been an absolute blessing! I have never worked with a doctor that makes me feel so comfortable. You are truly not a "number", but a person with feelings in her eyes. There are not enough words to express how highly I think of her and recommend her to anyone who's child has primary adrenal insufficiency!!!

Dr. Fourtner had given care for my daughter for over 7 years, she is the best with children very caring, understanding and helps children understand their illness in such an ease that my daughter went home and researched her illness and was very happy with her doctor who was very honest with her. My daughter loves Dr. Fourtner and so do I. Thank you Dr. Fourtner for treating my daughter for severe hypothyroism.

Love, love, love Dr. Fortner. She is patient and kind. The office staff are courteous and respectful. Dr. Fortner listens to what you have to say or questions that you may have without making you feel like you are wasting her time. She is great with our child and put us at ease regarding the care and treatment of her thyroid condition. Would recommend her in a heartbeat.
