Mary Lou Smith and her Technician were lovely to work with. Her technician was knowledgeable and answered my questions, and Mary Lou was professional as always and reassuring that all was well with my eyes. A very pleasant visit.

I went to see Dr. Smith as a new patient. She was very attentive to my concern with my vision. She listened an offered the best suggestions for better vision. It's now a week later and I can say that I think she has solved my problem with night vision. I am very happy and would recommend her and The Eye Institute of West Florida to anyone. From the initial phone call to make the appointment until my exit from the appointment, everyone was fantastic!

Dr. Smith cares about her patients, listens to what you have to say. She has been my eye doctor for several years and I come back to her even after moving out of state

I have been seeing Dr. Mary L. Smith for quite a few years now for annual checkups on my eye health. She is easy to talk to, thorough, and she is excellent at listening and answering questions. I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Smith.

Due to the virus the office was not at all busy so I was able to see Dr. Smith quickly and received my prescription and was in my way. Dr. Smith was very nice and efficient.

Given the circumstances associated with COVID 19 the staff and Dr Smith did an outstanding job of getting me through the appointment and out the door. I appreciated their efforts under these difficult times.
